Relational Patterns & Attachment
-
Many of the ways we move through relationships are shaped long before we become fully aware of them. Attachment wounds, family dynamics, relational trauma, and past relationship experiences can quietly influence how we communicate, trust, set boundaries, navigate conflict, or experience emotional intimacy. Even highly self-aware people may find themselves repeating painful relationship patterns, struggling with vulnerability, attracting emotionally unavailable partners, or feeling disconnected in relationships despite deeply wanting closeness and connection.
I offer depth-oriented relationship therapy for individuals seeking to better understand their attachment patterns, relationship tendencies, and emotional needs. This work explores how past experiences may still be shaping present-day relationships while building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My work often focuses on intimacy, communication, boundaries, self-worth, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional availability, and fostering relationships that feel more secure, reciprocal, and aligned. This may include romantic relationships, dating patterns, friendships, or broader relational dynamics.
I also work with those navigating conflict, hurt, or disconnection within important non-romantic relationships, including parent-child relationships, sibling dynamics, family systems, and chosen family. These relationships often carry deep emotional complexity and can significantly impact our sense of identity, belonging, and safety. Therapy can support clearer communication, healing attachment wounds, working through long-standing relational conflict, and creating more meaningful and sustainable connection over time.
